Unit 7: Kayaking

Students will know how to properly care for a kayak.
Students will know the differences between white water and sea kayaks.

Students will demonstrate self and partner rescues while kayaking.

Students will demonstrate how to properly paddle a kayak.

Students will complete a series of skills while paddling a white water kayak. 

Students will perform a wet exit and self rescue with a paddle float.
