Abstinence is Best-KNowing that not having sex is the only 100% effective method in preventing pregnancy

Barrier Methods- Understand that the condom is the only thing that helps prevent againstboth pregnancy and STI's.

Hormonal Methods:Knowing that things like "the pill", "the shot", and "the patch" are medicines that contain hormones and help tp prevent pregnancy by preventing the release of an egg.

Accessing Help: Practice identifying where to buy or safely ask for contraceptives
Protection levels: Practice identifying which methods protect against both pregnancy and STI's vs those that only protect against pregnancy.
Boundary Communication-understand that what clear assertive communication is regarding protection.

Protection Sort: Students will be given a list of contraceptives options and will sort them into three categories: Double protection (pregnancy & sti), pregnancy only, no protection.

Where to Go: students will be given a scenario and will match where they should go for help ("I need a condom" or "I think I want to try a hormonal birth control")
