Students will complete a worksheet that explores the information that can be found on food labels.

Students will identify 3 specific groups of people of which it is very important to read food labels and why (diabetics-sugar, high blood pressure-salt, etc)

Students will analyze different food labels to determine which food represented is the best available option

Students will explain the importance of reading food labels
