Students will investigate a guitarist of their choice, becoming experts in the figure's life background, historical context, significant works, and impact on the music of their time.
Selected guitarists can range from any time period or musical genre, so students can choose to investigate figures that are relevant to their own lives, musics, and experiences.
Students will create slideshow presentations detailing their findings on a prominent guitarist of their choice. They will present to the class, and the presentation will be uploaded to the portfolio as an artifact of inquiry.
