Unit 1: COURSE DESCRIPTION

Grade 6 Woodwinds is an introductory music course for students who play woodwind instruments.

Students learn and develop instrument-specific fundamentals such as proper posture, tone production, finger technique, articulation, and music reading skills.

Emphasis is placed on building strong practice habits, basic musicianship, and confidence through focused instruction and performance activities.
