The teacher will model how to evaluate pitch, tone, posture, and breathing.

Students will perform a short warm-up or song excerpt and then reflect on their singing using a simple self-assessment checklist.

DOK Level: 3 – Strategic Thinking (reflecting and evaluating personal performance)

Provide simplified checklists for students needing support.

Allow students to discuss reflections with a partner.

Use teacher modeling to demonstrate evaluation strategies.
