Purpose: Strengthen listening and collaborative skills in ensemble performance.
Description: Students rehearse in sections and full ensemble, practicing listening and adjusting volume, tone, and timing to match the group. Teacher provides feedback on blend and balance.
Sectional rehearsals to focus on specific vocal parts.
Provide visual or auditory cues for students needing extra guidance.
Pair students for peer modeling of part balance.
