- Students will be able to make comparisons of absolute value from statements about order.
- Students will be able to compare and order integers by plotting them on a number line and expressing their relationship using inequality symbols.
- On a horizontal number line, what happens to the value of a number as you move to the right? Does this rule change when you cross zero into the negative numbers?

Using blank number lines, students will place the appropriate numbers on the graph an d then graph several integers. Then they will write them in order from least to greatest or greatest to least. DOK 1-3
