Mountain bike trails offer a wide array of terrain and a biker must be able to adjust their riding position to meet the need to safely make it through sections.

You just need to sit on a bike when your ride.
When going down hill you should lean as far back as to not go over the handle bars.

Students will ride through various trails or routes set up and demonstrate proper riding position.
