Students will be able to list, define, and give examples of the five health related physical fitness components and the six skill related fitness components.
Students will take the Connecticut State Fitness Test and develop a fitness program to improve their performance. Students will explain the skill related fitness components.
Connecticut State Fitness Test Pre and Post test performance.
Program development of a fitness program to improve scores on the state test.
Take a cognitive assessment on the Skill and Health Related Fitness Components.
