Students will learn several workouts based off dividing the body parts into groupings.
Students will learn the appropriate number of sets and repetitions for a variety of grouped body part workouts.
Students will learn how to properly adjust their individualized resistance levels based on sets and repetitions.
Students will demonstrate proper technique in a variety of weight lifting machines and exercises.
Students will adjust their resistance on a variety of exercises to continually challenge themselves.
Students will be observed properly using a variety of weight lifting machines and exercises.
