DOK 1 - List the three main components of the "ABC Quick Check" you must perform before every ride.
DOK 2 - Explain why a helmet must sit level on your head and two fingers above your eyebrows rather than tilted back.

Bicycling is an ideal lifelong activity because it offers numerous benefits that extend far beyond a high school PE class. It is a low-impact exercise, easy on the joints, making it suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Use peer partners to help assist in learning.
Students can bring in their own bicycle and/or equipment.

Students will be able to successfully use the ABC Check and Helmet Fit.

Students will be able to mount/dismount a bicycle properly.
