Lesson Objective

As a result of this lesson students will be able to demonstrate how to work with a partner and complete a full work out while documenting their progress on a worksheet.

DOK Level 2: Students will effectively move through the weight room interacting with others and use proper technique on all resistance activities.

-Students can determine which exercises to use from a choice list which will provide a variety of exercises which isolate specific muscles (ex. bench press or dumbbell press)
-Determining what weights to start with
-Determining what order of activities to follow

Constantly checking in with students to assess their knowledge of each resistance activity.

Observation of students interactions with others
