Lesson Objective

As a result of this lesson students will be able to demonstrate the correct form and safety on the following leg exercises:
-leg curl
-leg extension
-variety of squats including weighted and unweighted
-lunges (weighted and unweighted)
-calf/heel raise

2. What fitness test are these exercises benefiting
3. How can you safely spot someone who is using free weights

DOK Level 2: Using the knowledge of weight room safety, and leg exercise technique students will implement this knowledge to complete these exercises.
