(DOK 2) Why is it important in Step Aerobics to ensure we perform the same number of repetitions on the left lead as we do on the right lead?

In real life, the ability to navigate stairs, recover from a trip or stumble, and maintain balance on uneven surfaces all rely on the same "foot-eye" coordination developed on the platform. Furthermore, the rhythmic nature of the class teaches students how to use music as a tool for pacing and mental motivation during physical exertion.

I may have to wear a leotard and leg warmers.

Have different levels of challenge for students.
Allow students to choose their challenge levels
