Unit 21: Step Aerobics

The Step Aerobics unit is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and rhythmic competency while introducing students to a high-energy form of functional fitness.
Students will participate in variety of exercises that require little space and may have a small step in the area.
Students will demonstrate a variety of exercises that include a small step.
