Standard 2: Applies knowledge to movement (analyzing movement challenges).
(DOK 3) Look at the "Red Route." Identify where you think the crux is and explain your strategy for getting past it.
Students learn to manage fear, build trust in equipment, and develop "grit"—the ability to persist when a solution isn't immediately obvious. Physically, it develops functional grip strength and "core-to-extremity" power, which are essential for manual tasks and injury prevention in daily life.
