The Pilates unit is designed to introduce high school students to the principles of core stability, postural alignment, and mindful movement.
Students will participate in core specific exercises.
Students will demonstrate the basics of Pilates.
Students will be able to explain why Pilates can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.
