Changing Bodies: understand that the changes brought about in the pre-teen/teen years is a result of an increase in hormones and understand these changes are normal.

Anatomical literacy: Knowing the correct, real names for male and female body parts rather than the slang terms. This will assist in health self advocacy.

Basic Functions: Know the basic Functions of the parts of the reproductive system and understanding that female experience a menstrual cycle and understand its purpose.

Medical Communication: students will use the correct anatomical terms when referring to various parts of the male and female reproductive system

Menstrual Management; Students will understand how to manage menstrual cycle, including praticing mapping approximate time frame of the next cycle.

Hygeine maitnenace: students will identify how to properly clean private areas and how to manage body odor and general acne

Anatomy Matchup- using simplified diagrams students will match the name of the body part to its proper location. 

What's My function?-Students will math the function of the body parts with the proper body parts.

What's the Cycle- Students will label the ranges of the menstrual cycle (period, egg development, ovulation, Luteal)
