SWBAT identify 3-5 personal calm down strategies for times of strong emotional feelings.
SWBAT practice different calming strategies (box breathing, journaling, etc)

What strategies do I effectively utilize to assist in de-scalating stressful situations?

Students will be able to identify ways on which they can properly identify their emotions and will explain 3 strategies they can use to calm themselves and work through emotional situations.
