Standards:
1.12.1 Apply ways to build upon strengths and assets to support individual and collective health and well-being.
2.12.1 Evaluate the interrelationships and impacts of various influences and health behaviors on health and well-being.

What students will know:
The Sides of the Wellness Triangle: Health isn't just "not being sick"; it includes Physical (body), Emotional (feelings), and Social (friends/family).

The "Ripple Effect": How one behavior impacts others. (e.g., If I don't sleep [Physical], I might get angry [Emotional] and yell at my teacher [Social]).

Influences: Recognizing that things like social media, family habits, and weather can change how we feel.

Self-Check-ins: Use a "Wellness Daily Tracker" to identify how they feel in all three areas.

Influence Mapping: Identify one "Good Influence" (a friend who makes them laugh) and one "Stressful Influence" (a loud hallway or a dead phone battery).

Strength-Based Support: Choose a personal strength (e.g., "I am a good listener") and explain how it helps their Social health.

Identify Areas to grow: Identify areas in need of improvement within each area of the triangle (e.g, I need to increase my daily activity) and give specific suggestions for improvement
