- Description: This is a speed interview event. Students rotate through stations where they are interviewed by the teacher, a co-teacher, or a guest (ex. an administrator or school counselor). Each interview lasts 5–7 minutes, followed by 2 minutes of immediate feedback.
-Purpose: To provide a realistic "stress test" of the students' transition skills. It bridges the gap between classroom theory and the actual job market in Meriden.
- DOK Level: 4

- Scaffolding: Allow students to bring a cheat sheet or their look book notes into the interview to reduce memory-recall anxiety.
- Visual Support: Provide a station timer on the board so students know exactly how much time they have left to finish their answers.
- Environment: For students with high social anxiety, allow the first round to be a 1-on-1 with a familiar teacher before rotating to a guest interviewer.
