Description: Students watch silent clips of interviews and rate the candidate based only on movement.
Purpose: To overcome phone anxiety (common in Gen Z). By practicing scripts, students learn to filter out "umms" and slang, ensuring they can represent their employer accurately to the public.
DOK Level: 2

-Kinesthetic: Use mirroring exercises where students copy the teacher’s positive posture.
-Visual: Use a "Green/Yellow/Red" chart: Green = Good (eye contact), Yellow = Caution (fidgeting), Red = Stop (slouching/looking at phone).
-Support: For students with sensory processing needs, allow "professional" fidgets (like a small stone or quiet ring) and teach them how to use them subtly.
