Description: Many entry-level employers (Walmart, Target) use vibe checks or personality tests. Students will analyze sample questions and learn how to interpret what the employer is looking for (ex. honesty, reliability)
Purpose: To prevent students from being filtered out by automated algorithms before a human ever sees their resume

Completion of a 20-question mock "Retail Personality Assessment" with a reflection on why they chose certain answers.
