Rehabilitation services (or "rehab") are a form of healthcare designed to help you recover, maintain, or improve skills and abilities you need for daily life.
What it is: Physical therapy focuses on improving your physical movement and managing pain. A physical therapist (PT) helps you regain strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion.
What it is: Occupational therapy focuses on helping you perform daily activities (or "occupations") independently and effectively.
What it is: Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), or speech therapists, help with communication and swallowing. This includes everything from speaking clearly to understanding what you read.
What it is? Respiratory therapy is a healthcare specialty that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory (lung) disorders.
What is mental health therapy? as psychotherapy or counseling, is a form of evidence-based treatment that involves working with a trained mental health professional to address and improve mental health conditions
