860 DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY EXP CCSU

This is an introductory multimedia production class. The course is project-based, using a hands-on approach to introduce the basic use of digital multimedia communication and publication technologies. The key component of this course is becoming familiar with visual design principles that would drive ideas. The course uses Creative Cloud (CC) to learn the basics of PhotoShop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Students are dually enrolled in this class as high students and CCSU students with a chance to earn three college credits. These credits can be used at CCSU or can be transferred to another college.
