Explain the role of product/service management as a marketing function. Identify the components of the product life cycle (Introduction, Growth, Maturity,
and Decline).
1. Explain the concept of product mix including: product lines, product width and product depth.
2. Understand the importance of generating new product ideas.
3. Identify decisions that need to be made in each stage of the product life cycles.
