Sports and entertainment industries will be used to introduce students to the foundations and functions of marketing. This unique and innovative course includes an orientation to the sports and entertainment industry with supporting topics including sponsorship, pricing, market research, endorsements and promotions. Projects, tests, and presentations will be used as assessments of learning. Students will also explore careers in marketing and business.
