Tool Safety & Technique: The grit system of sandpaper (from coarse to fine) and why it’s necessary for a smooth finish.
Adhesion: How wood glue creates a bond stronger than the material itself when applied and dried correctly.
Paint: How to apply paint.
Sand: Smooth the edges of the 4 precut pieces (Body, Head, and 2 Leg sets) to remove splinters and prep for paint.
Paint: Apply base coats and detail work (like eyes or spots) using steady hand techniques.
Assemble: Apply precise amounts of glue to the contact points and hold or clamp the pieces until set.
The Finished Product: A fully assembled, sanded, and painted frog that stands or sits level on a flat surface.
