Students will learn about the different types of guidance techniques and what they look like in a preschool setting.

Groups are given a scenario of a student needing guidance. The groups then switch the scenario's and have to pick another strategy to use.

Students may believe that strict discipline is the only effective way to manage behavior, overlooking the importance of positive reinforcement and relationship building
