Explain who and what fundamentally determine which ingredients & cooking methods are accepted/favored
Identify how and why attitudes toward food even more important than ingredients
Students will demonstrate through various applications how farming and a stable food supply lead to specialization of labor which lead to more leisure time and wealth fed the demand for more enjoyable foods that became cuisine.
