Students will know what leavening agent is used in yeast doughs. Students will know the function of baking ingredients in yeast breads.
Students will use yeast properly. Students will complete all of the steps in yeast bread production to prepare a variety of breads.
Students will accurately scale and measure ingredients with the proper tools and temperature to produce yeast doughs. Students will actively participate in all of the stages involved in production of yeast breads during hands-on labs.
