Students will know how to describe the benefits of fruits. Students will know various market forms of fruit and how they affect the final outcome

Students will research the criteria for selecting the best fruit. Students will select various fruit recipes. Students will prepare various fruit based labs using different market forms of fruit.

Students will prepare different types of fruit of various forms using proper preparation techniques, safe knife handling, and follow safe food handling practices.
