Students will know basic information about the major cities in Italy, vocabulary that is particular to navigating an Italian city, the various parts of the city as well as transportation and key facts about the major cities.
Students will be able to identify what the major cities in Italy are, what this means for tourism, They will be able to compare and contrast their own cities (Meriden and also home cities) to those of Italy.
Students will complete a final project about an Italian city of their choosing
