Students will learn the language of the professional world, moving from "student life" to "career life."

Vocabulary (Contextos): They will know professions (el aspirante, el gerente, el contador), the hiring process (el ascenso, el sueldo, el currículum), and workplace dynamics (la videoconferencia, el teletrabajo, la empresa).

Cultural Products: They will learn about the importance of "el amiguismo" (networking) vs. meritocracy in different cultures, and the poetic legacy of Julia de Burgos regarding social identity.

Grammar (Estructura):

The Future Tense: Expressing what they will do in their careers (Seré un científico).

The Future Perfect: Setting professional deadlines (Para el 2030, me habré graduado).

The Past Subjunctive (Pretérito Imperfecto de Subjuntivo): Expressing past wishes, polite requests, or hypotheticals (Sugerí que buscaras un empleo).

Students will simulate professional interactions and plan their long-term trajectories.

Interpretive: They will analyze authentic job postings from Spanish-speaking countries and interpret the complex internal conflict of public vs. private identity in the poem "A Julia de Burgos."

Interpersonal: They will role-play job interviews—one student as the "clueless" applicant (despistada) and the other as the recruiter—using Past Subjunctive to discuss previous expectations.

Presentational: They will record an "Elevator Pitch" using the Future Tense to sell their skills and explain where they see themselves in the corporate world.

Phonetic: They will master the "g" and "j" (Ortografía), ensuring they can spell and pronounce high-frequency professional words correctly (gerente, jefe, trabajo, gestión).
