Make a list of Deviant behaviors.
Make a list of Deviant behaviors that you find offensive.
Make a list of Deviant behaviors that you do not find offensive.
Make a list of Deviant behaviors that you think ought to be targeted for elimination/remedy (through courts, govt. or other method).
Make a list of sanctions—positive and negative…that we already use—and/or that you create---that you think ought to be used to combat these targeted deviant behaviors.
Match up an appropriate sanction (positive or negative) with a deviant behavior that might be remedied by that sanction…in other words---which sanction(s) would be best to deal with what particular deviant behaviors.
