Socialization of the child:
Make a list of 10 things a child in Meriden should learn in school as part of the socialization process for each of the age groups provided.
***This is not about academics—except where academics promote socialization***
You must complete this assignment for each of the following age groups:
Pre-kindergarten/Nursery School (ages 3-5)
Early Elementary (kindergarten to grade 2)
Middle School (grades 6 to 8)
Freshman Year (grade 9)

***You should concentrate on at least one grade level first—
>Create a top 10 list of sorts for the most important parts of your socialization curriculum.
>Explain the purpose of each item—how you might teach it--and the potential consequences for children who fail to master such...
>Explain why your school is better or why the other schools are worse (or both). (Perhaps a school Philosophy/Motto)
>Create your presentation in the format/style most appropriate for you, your skills, and your resources available.
