Students will be able to synthesize class discussions and research to finalize their personal stance on the topic through argumentative writing.

1. Silent Reflection: Students review their notes and the arguments heard on Day 3.
2. Blogging/Writing: Students write a reflection blog post or argumentative paragraph stating their position and the evidence that supports it.
3. Action Brainstorm: In small groups, students identify one way the community is impacted by this issue.

Purpose: To internalize learning and practice "exercising their political voice" through writing.

DOK Level: 4 (Extended Thinking).

Offer choice in reflection format (written blog, recorded audio reflection, or visual sketchnote).
