Unit 6: Asia, Australia, and Oceania

Students will know if South Asia's growth is sustainable, the causes and consequences of East Asia's expanded role in the global economy, how mixed cultures affect life in Southeast Asia, and how have unique and isolated locations impacted Australia and Oceania.

Students will use resources to learn how life or the lack life impacts these regions, how people interact with their environment around them, how migration changes cultures and the affect of natural history and geography has on political and economic structures

Students will use online interactive assessments and reading based learning to answer specific questions on certain topics.
