We will establish that these questions will be the starting point for the next day’s homework routine. *Students will begin building their required docs/SCOTUS cases interactive notebook with the Declaration of Independence. In this unit, they will also add the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution (having read selections of it), Brutus I, Federalist Papers 10 & 51, and SCOTUS cases McCulloch v. Maryland and United States v. Lopez.
