This course is the history of our country and is designed to give great scope and depth suitable to the abilities and aims of college-bound students. It is usually taken in the tenth grade. Pupils are expected to acquire an appreciation for the heritage of our democracy, knowledge of the relevancy of the past to today?s world, and a familiarity with the duties and responsibilities of citizenship and the position of the United States in world affairs
