Journal a list of "loves," assign a color to each category, and sketch a "fractured heart" where the size of each section corresponds to the importance of the item.
Draw a large-scale version of their heart on paper, transfer their color-coded sections perfectly, and label each part clearly to ensure no "love" is forgotten.
