Unit 1: Introduction to Expressive Arts

Students will know what the term "Expressive Arts" means and will get a review of themes explored and benefits of this type of art. Classroom SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), material locations, and the ethical use of expressive tools.

Students will be actively engaged in learning about the themes across the semester.

Completion of a get-to-know-you packet including survey as well as one personal goal for the semester.
