Students will read The Great Gatsby and through discussion, close reads and written responses to selected excerpts, understand the plot, analyze the reliability of the narrator, the motives of the characters, the pace of the plot and the symbols, motifs and themes of the novel.

The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald has Depth of Knowledge (DOK) questions for each chapter that range from Level 1 to Level 4:
